We were faced with a fantastic and challenging job when Easylet got in touch with us regarding their aging Apartment’s Website and Brand Identity. The original site wasn’t mobile compliant, which is a big issue when it comes to search and ranking on Google. We carried out an overhaul of the Easylet Branding and modernised the website.
Easylet wanted a clean and easy to use website that also gave users an insight into tourist attractions in the area as well as being able to offer a portal for booking their amazing self serviced apartments that are in and around the hot spots in Edinburgh. Showing off Easylet’s apartment range on the main background header image and then implementing a booking form below this were the main focus points of the development.
Giving a summary of the properties on offer and shortcutting to them on the home page eliminated a few steps in the process when enquiring and booking through the website. We included the attractions and testimonials as we thought these 3 elements were pillars of the process when choosing an apartment to stay in Edinburgh.
The two main features of the site were the apartments pages and attractions pages. We placed booking enquiry forms throughout each page to ensure the user was never far away from a CTA. An all encompassed experience is the vision that Easylet had in mind for their new site, with access to attraction information for planning your stay in Edinburgh.
